Meta’s Kustomer acquisition cleared to complete

Meta Platforms has completed its acquisition of Kustomer, a CRM platform that supports contact centres and their customers. Kustomer clients use phone, email, text messaging, WhatsApp and Instagram to communicate with their customers. Meta has secured conditional European Union antitrust approval by agreeing to provide competitors with free access to its messaging channel for ten years and has now been cleared by the Federal Trade Commission.
