Continued activity in the Australian online retail sector has seen publicly listed Mnemon agreeing terms to acquire the Top Buy business for AUD 2.25 million. TopBuy claims to be one of Australia’s largest online retailers with some 200,000 customers across categories including PCs, digital cameras, fashion and homewares. Mnemon expects the deal to add AUD 10 million sales in 2015.
