Monica Vinader, the multichannel jewellery business, has appointed Houlihan Lokey to assist in finding new funding sources. The business, which has a celebrity following, was founded twenty years ago and secured backing from Piper in 2016. It has since grown considerably and for the year to July 2021 posted revenues of £57 million with pre-tax profits of £5.1 million.
It is intended that the sisters behind the brand – Monica and Gabriela Vinader – will remain with the business but that Piper and Winona Capital are likely to cash in their investments.
