Fulfilment service provider Doddle is opening service points in some of Morrisons’ larger stores so that customers can have their online purchases delivered to them for later collection. Doddle will also facilitate a returns service from the counters. In addition, Timpson is to manage the drycleaning service concessions in Morrisons branches, aimed at driving more footfall for the supermarkets via an extended service offering.
