Following the appointment of Alison Lancaster as chief marketing
officer in January, Morrisons has further bolstered the
management team of its newly acquired nursery products retailer
Kiddicare.com as it prepares to launch a full multichannel
experience.
Four directors move from parent Morrisons to Kiddicare, including
Hilary Leam who becomes commercial director at Kiddicare after
being director for health, beauty and household at Morrisons;
Grant Henley becomes Kiddicare operations director after being
business development director at Morrisons; Simon Eastwood is
named retail stores director after being customer experience
director at Morrisons and Mandy Flatley becomes HR Director at
Kiddicare after being HR director (corporate) at Morrisons.
Morrisons has also made five external appointments: Alison Brown
joins Kiddicare as finance director from a similar role at
Mothercare International; retail design consultant Lara Snider
joins as head of creative; Ken Platt joins as head of
multichannel from Moda in Pelle; Paul Allen joins as head of
eCommerce from Boots.com and Jody Goodall joins as head of
solutions architecture from Autotrader.
The supermarket is using recruitment consultancy Independent to
fulfil all Kiddicare.com’s resourcing needs.
