Alex Dimitriu has left Marks & Spencer, where she most recently held the role of Director of Kidswear, to join White Stuff as Product Director.

Whistl has promoted Dave Twiddle to the newly created role of Group Operations Director covering its Mail, Parcels, International and Fulfilment operations. Following this promotion, Mark Lawrenson, who joined the company three years ago, steps up into the expanded role of Operations Director Mail, Parcels & International.

Carly Natalizia has been promoted to the role of Chief Commercial Officer by Gymshark.

JoJo Maman Bebe has appointed Heather Wood-Stringer as its Chief Financial Officer.

Booths has promoted Nigel Murray to the role of CEO, and appointed Emma Booth, Rebecca Hardman, Nicola Karran and Damien McDonald to the newly created roles of Chef Brand Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer, respectively.

Katarina Nordin has joined Voayado as CMO. She was previously at Adyen.

Dunelm has announced two senior appointments. Laura Harricks will join the retailer as Chief Customer Officer in early March, and Caroline Angell will take on the role of Chief People Officer with immediate effect.

Emma Burland has joined Sarah Raven as Head of Digital & Growth from HMV.

Jollyes Pets has made two senior appointments. Sean McGinty has been confirmed as CMO, having joined Jollyes from Dunelm in October 2025, and David Stokes will take on the role of Retail & Supply Chain Director from May, following the promotion of Adam Drury to the role of CEO Designate. Stokes joins from Gregory Group, where he had served as Operations Director since March 2020.

Tom Hampson has joined Asda as its new Vice President, Marketing. He joins from B&Q where he had held the role of Marketing Director for 3 years.

Footasylum is looking for a new CEO following the departure of David Pujolar. Stephan Rahmede, VP at Footasylum’s parent company Aurelius Group will take on the CEO’s responsibilities on an interim basis.

Macy Hong has joined Yoto as Director of Acquisition, Retention, eCommerce & Amazon. She joins from ASOS where she was most recently Head of Loyalty & Customer Engagement.

Henri Lloyd has appointed Tom McMullen as CMO.

Digital payments company Checkout.com has appointed Ashley Paulus as its VP, Head of Revenue, UK and EMEA.

Beth Francis has joined Dune London as VP of Global Marketing. She joins from The Fold London, where she spent over two years as Marketing Director.

Victorian Plumbing founder Mark Radcliffe is stepping down as CEO on 31 March. He will be succeeded by Stephnie Judge, who has held the role of Managing Director since 2020. Radcliffe will stay on the board as Non Executive Founder Director.
