N Brown Group makes returns more convenient for shoppers

InPost is to provide N Brown Group, whose brands include JD Williams, Simply Be, Jacamo and Figleaves, a customer returns solution. As of today, shoppers will be able to return unwanted purchases
via InPost’s national network of automated, 24/7 parcel lockers making
for a more efficient, flexible and convenient experience. The service
will be rolled out across the N Brown Group portfolio of brands in the
coming weeks.

When
shoppers with any of the popular N Brown brands want to return their
purchases they will be able to select to return it via any one of
InPost’s 1000+ parcel lockers. All they will need to do is print a label from the retailer’s returns page, attach it to their parcel and drop it off at their preferred locker.
With lockers located up and down the UK, people can easily build
returning a parcel into their daily routine – especially as they’re
accessible any time of the day or night.

John Cusick, Head of Distribution at JD Williams, said:
“Across our range of fashion, household and electrical goods brands, our
customers need shopping to fit in with their busy lives, so we’re
always looking for innovative ways to improve the experience. Offering
InPost as one of our returns options gives our customers the freedom to
change their mind without being out of pocket or having to go out of
their way – so we expect it to be a popular addition.”

Ian Caminsky, CEO at InPost UK, said:
“N Brown Group is home to a great mix of some of the UK’s leading retail
brands, so we’re excited to be joining forces with them to simplify the
online returns process and make it easier and more convenient for their
customers. Rather than having to make a special trip to return items,
shoppers can now do it in seconds at a location that fits in with their
lifestyle, anytime of the day or night.”

InPost’s fully automated lockers are at
a variety of safe and secure locations including Morrisons
supermarkets, ESSO petrol stations and Transport for London sites as
well as outside retailerstores such as Toys R Us.
