Net-a-Porter streamlines email communications

Net-a-Porter has streamlined is digital marketing activity with
email marketing company, Lyris UK. It has been able to reduce the
number of emails it sends to customers but ensures they are
timely, relevant and personal. Email now drives 32 per cent of
Net-a-Porter’s total sales and generates more than £1
million revenue per month. The 300,000 targeted emails sent a
week embrace the time and trend-sensitive nature of the retail
fashion market with update emails on specific products and
designers opened by 70-75 per cent of recipients and achieving a
conversion rate of 10 per cent. Newsletters are opened by up to
half of recipients.
