Otto Group owned Crate & Barrel has named Neela Montgomery as its new CEO, replacing Doug Diemoz who has left the business. She will relocate to take up her new role on August 1st. Montgomery has been working in Germany for Otto where she led multichannel strategy and prior to that had worked for Tesco as its chief merchant in Malaysia and as eCommerce Director in the UK.
