MySale which has posted a drop in its revenues for year ended June 30th, 2021, has promoted its chief commercial officer Kalman Polak to the CEO role. Incumbent Carl Jackson moves to the role of executive chairman with current chair now becoming a senior independent director.
Jackson said: “The appointment of Polak as CEO and a strengthened leadership team will help accelerate our progress and we are already seeing momentum continuing into the current financial year.”
In FY21, the business had focused on the ANZ market, increased its brand partners and achieved underlying EBITDA of AU$4.2m for the year, up from a loss of AU$2.7m for the previous year. Revenues had fallen by 10 per cent to AU$117.9m.
