Topps Tiles CFO Rob Parker becomes CEO at the end of November, replacing Matt Williams who has stepped down after 20 years with the business.
Williams commented; “It has been a really tough decision to leave Topps but I feel now is the right time for me to pursue another challenge.” Non-executive Darren Shapland added: “Matt has made a tremendous contribution to the business over the last twenty years and in particular over the last twelve years as chief executive. During this time he has reshaped the retail business, completed a very successful re-branding and led the investment into the commercial tile market.”
