In its trading update for the 39 weeks to December 22nd, New Look has slowed its drop in like for like sales to 2.3 per cent whilst achieving an underlying profit of £38.5 million. The retailer has closed a total of 85 stores and exited the Chinese and Belgian markets in a bid to turn the business around. Further UK store closures are in process.
