New Look signs up for Clicklink service from GXO

New Look has entered into a contract for GXO’s Clicklink service to manage its Click & Collect network which is operated from all of its UK mainland stores.

With a late-evening cut-off for next-day delivery to store, as well as rapid refunds on returns, Clicklink will enable New Look to improve its customer service for those ordering online.  New Look’s Click & Collect service take-up has risen from 17 per cent of eCommerce orders in 2021 to 31 per cent in early 2023.
