New merged eBay Enterprise Company


Sterling Partners, a US private equity firm has announced the formation of a standalone omnichannel commerce operations company created via a merger of the former enterprise serviices division of eBay Enterprise with its portfolio fulfilment business Innotrac Corporation. The combined operations portions of eBay Enterprise and Innotrac will have more than 7500 employees across 27 distribution centres and six customer service sites across North America and Europe, and offer leading platforms in the areas of omnichannel ship from store, software, order management, payments, tax and fraud solutions globally.  The businesses will be integrated from January and the company re-branded in 2016 with Tobias Hartmann serving as President of the new company. Hartmann has 20 years of experience in retail, ecommerce and logistics in the US and Europe and was previously VP and general manager of the enterprise services division of eBay. Enterprise.

Scott Dorfman, founder of Innotrac will be a shareholder in the combined company and will also serve on its board of directors.
