New online mall takes British brands to China


A new online department store under the Jack Russell Emporium banner has been launched to take British brands into the Chinese market. Ten brands form the launch offering and include Trickers’s. Berwin & Berwin, Peper Harow and Lambretta. The business is aiming to recruit and carry around 100 brands over the next 12  months. Jack Russell Emporium will operate on China’s second largest online platform, JD.com and is headed by Julian Kilmartin with the owner of the Jack Russell clothing brand, Adrian Potts, as creative director.
