An online lawn and related garden machinery business Mowers-Online has been acquired from Cheltenham Mowers by Steve Williams for a suggested ‘seven figure sum’. The family business has been successfully run for over 20 years by Jonathan Heasman and attracted interest from Williams who, having sold a logistics business, was seeking to make his first new acquisition as he works to build a new group of businesses.
Williams’ plan is to grow a group that can offer a comprehensive online, wholesale and retail offering. He is being advised by GS Verde Group.
