New platinum status in customer review awards

The White Company, Notonthehighstreet and Zurich Insurance are among the brands to attain the new Platinum status in the annual Trusted Service awards created by Feefo, the reviews and customer insights technology company. The Platinum tier is for companies that achieve a Feefo Gold award three years in succession. Other brands scooping the new award this year include: Donald Russell; Iceland; Mint Velvet, and Walt Disney Travel Co.
