Williams-Sonoma Inc.has announced that Janet Hayes is resigning her post as president of the Williams Sonoma brand and is to be replaced by Ryan Ross who has most recently served as its EVP of emerging brands. Ross has been with the business for over a decade and had also spent just over a year (2008-9) in London as director of Harrods Direct.
