Thomas Cook has appointed Kathryn Darbandi as its UK retail director for the Thomas Cook and Co-operative travel retail chain. Darbandi, who previously held the role of retail, contact centres and financical services director for TUI UK , takes up her new position in April. She will help develop an omnichannel sales strategy for Thomas Cook as well support the development of the group’s digital and service capabilities.
