Next Directory, the home shopping and online
division of retailer Next, experienced
double-digit growth in the third quarter, compared with a decline
in retail sales. Directory sales grew 16.9 percent in the
quarter, while retail sales declined 3.3 percent in the period to
29th October. Total Next brand sales, exclusive of VAT, were up
3.3 percent.

Following its rebrand in the
US earlier this year
, Wayfair is revamping
its UK websites. The move sees
FurnitureByCSN.co.uk,
TVStands.co.uk and
LightingByCSN.co.uk rebrand under one larger
site, Wayfair.co.uk, in line with global branding.

Plus-size apparel etailer Yours Clothing has
announced it is moving into print and launching its first
catalogue.

Shop Direct, the parent company of
Littlewoods and Very, has named
Mark McMenemy as its new group finance director. He joins the
company at the end of the year, replacing Steve Makin, who moves
to pursue other opportunities.

Vintage homewares brand Cath Kidston has
launched a mobile website, developed by Usablenet.
