The chief executive of Pets at Home, Matt
Davies, has announced he will step down in the spring. He will
remain with the business until a replacement is appointed.

Ansco Arena, the AEG subsidiary that that operates the O2 arena
is suing Lastminute.com over ticket sales,
reports the Telegraph.

This weekend, a PR storm in a tea cup erupted when apparel
etailer Finisterre posted about its rival
Howies bidding on the Finisterre keyword in
Google Adwords. Howies responded to the post with its own blog

House of Fraser is extending its ecommerce
presence through selling on eBay using ChannelAdvisor’s
Marketplaces platform.

N Brown Group, the parent company of the Simply
Be
and Jacamo catalogues, is warning
shareholders of a telephone scam. According to a statement by N
Brown, fraudsters are offering investors “very attractive
(and often unrealistic) prices” for their shares. The
matter has been reported to the Financial Services Authority and
N Brown advises its customers not to dispose of their shares
following this telephone call.
