Upmarket lingerie retailer Rigby & Peller sold
the majority stake in the business to Belgian luxury apparel
group Van de Velde for £8 million. The Kenton family retains
a minority 13 percent holding with June Kenton and son David
Kenton as board members.

Stanley Gibbons has expanded its network to five
continents with the addition of US-based and South African
distributors. The company, which trades in stamps, historical
documents and rare signatures for collectors, now has 13
distributors covering 17 countries. Further, next month will see
Stanley Gibbons open an office in Hong Kong.

Apparel brand Lyle & Scott has gone live with a
French-language website.
