Online beauty products retailers LoveLula and
Zuneta, have merged to form Zulu
Beauty. The deal was backed by investment from Forward
Venture Partners and sees Paul Fisher join the board of the new
company alongside LoveLula founder Claire Braithwaite and Zuneta
founder Zu Rafalat.
Turnover at designer fashion etailer
Net-a-Porter rose 56 percent in the 61 weeks to
April 2011 to £238 million, but pretax profit fell from
£23.5 million to £5.7 million, due in part to a company
incentive scheme, reports the Mail on Sunday.
