The UK’s first ever year-round NFL megastore is opening just in time for Christmas. Located at the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium which is the NFL’s new dedicated home in the UK and is scheduled to open in 2019.
It’s another exciting moment in the NFL’s partnership with Tottenham Hotspur. The NFL and Tottenham Hotspur announced in 2015 that they had reached agreement for a minimum of two games per year to be played during a 10-year partnership at Tottenham’s new state-of-the-art stadium. The stadium will feature a retractable grass field with an artificial surface underneath that will be used for NFL games. It will also have customised features such as purpose-built locker rooms, medical and media facilities and a dedicated entrance.
The newly-opened Tottenham Experience is the NFL’s first brick-and-mortar retail experience in the UK. It features game jerseys of some of the NFL’s biggest stars, plus a range of Nike apparel including hoodies and T-shirts – and New Era headwear for all 32 teams. Product from Wilson, the official football of the NFL, is also available.
