Catering sector supplier Nisbets has acquired Beaumont which manufactures and distributes spirit measures and other bar accessories. The deal will see Beaumont continue to operate as a standalone business under its current managing director Nick DeBrode.
Nisbets executive chair Peter Sephton said: “The company operates in a market with strong growth potential and by leveraging our operating model and omnichannel expertise, we believe we can scale quickly and efficiently.”
