Catering equipment specialist Nisbets has acquired Jongor Hire, a London-based catering equipment hire business which supports a number of prestigious events, as well as major organisations. Jongor has been headed by Joe Nisbet who has been a director of Nisbet’s holding company Key West Holdings since 2015.
Joe will be stepping down from the day-to-day management of Jongor but will remain a shareholder. Gerry Rankin has been appointed to run the business as its managing director. Jongor will trade as a separate entity, retaining all staff.
Rankin said: “We are delighted that Jongor Hire will be working more closely with Nisbets and today’s announcement will allow both companies to truly utilise the benefits of being part of the same entity.”
