Catering equipment specialist Nisbets has acquired UK Engineers Ltd which is a national provider of catering and refrigeration services which connects independent qualified engineers with professional customers in the catering and hospitality sector. UK Engineers operates from a scalable platform which supports its network of over 500 qualified engineers to provide full UK coverage to service heavy equipment within and outside of warranty.
Peter Sephton, vice chair at Nisbets said: “This acquisition is our first in over five years and is made despite the uncertain trading conditions caused by the pandemic, demonstrating our absolute commitment to the catering and hospitality sector.
“Technology is fundamental to our ability to maintain high growth for our businesses and this acquisition will enable us to enhance our service offering further.”
