Lyreco has emerged as the buyer of Office Depot’s Spanish contract business unit. The French-owned group will integrate the Office Depot business with its existing Spanish operations.
The sale is part of the ongoing transformation of Office Depot Europe and is the third sale to complete in the past nine months. Office Depot Europe will now focus on its core European eCommerce centric business activities
