Quantuma’s Carl Jackson and Richard Easterby have completed the sale of online beds retailer Sleep Design Ltd which traded as Crazy Price Beds. It was acquired by Baaj Capital LLP in a deal which will enable the business to continue to trade and retain all 22 jobs.
Sleep Design which achieved sales of £8m in 2021, imports its stock from China and was hit by rising freight and increased product costs as well as movements in £/$ exchange rate.
