Online sales rise for M&S

Sales for Marks and Spencer’s online store, M&S.com,
rose 12.5 per cent in the last quarter. The retailer had re-platformed its
website and in May a dedicated marketing campaign will commence to drive traffic. During the quarter, clothing sales grew by 1.3 per cent whilst the
food business enjoyed its 18th consecutive quarter of growth. Marks
and Spencer Group PLC reports its full year results in May.
