Online sales up at Bella di Notte


Since its re-launch at the beginning of September, the Bella di
Notte website has seen sales soar by 50 per cent with a similar
improvement in conversion rates. Prompted by customer feedback,
the lingerie merchant decided to simplify the shopping experience
and create a more appealing site. Designed and hosted by Screen
Pages, the online store offers larger image sizes and a new
“bra finder function”. An improved cross selling
function has also seen average order value rise by 20 per cent
without, as the company puts it, the “hard sell”. The
next phase in the website’s development is a more comprehensive
product search function and a dedicated sale/clearance section.
