Footwear specialist, the Overland Group has contracted with Core Management Logistics (CML) for fulfilment of European eCommerce orders from its G.H. Bass & Co website. The G.H.Bass & Co brand originated in Maine, where it was founded in 1876. The company introduced the penny loafer, a slip on leather shoe which has become a timeless classic.
A spokesperson for Overland Group said, “Launching a brand in Europe meant that we needed an extremely flexible and scalable warehousing and e-commerce solution, which CML offers. With their wealth of experience and strategic insight, it was the most suitable solution for the G.H. Bass & Co brand. Smooth system integration and on-going account management means that we are really looking forward to seeing what the future brings.”
The Overland Group joins CML’s growing portfolio of UK and international retail clients which includes MiH Jeans, fashion designer Markus Lupfer, Marks & Spencer, L.K Bennett, Halfords, Björn Borg, Triumph lingerie and Finery London.
