PaintWell, a private equity backed paint distribution business has acquired Essex headquartered Kent Blaxill Group which operates 23 decorating and builders merchant stores.
The combined group which have 46 branches employing 250 people and combined revenues of £55 million. Kent Blaxhill’s management team including managing director James Park will remain with the business.
