Paperchase owners explore options

Primary Capital has engaged in talks with potential bidders for the Paperchase business after calling in KPMG to explore a mooted CVA. According to reports from Sky News, any sale may be contingent on a pre-pack administration. Paperchase operates 145 UK stores and around 75 concessions in the UK, Europe and the USA. It is being suggested that a number of its stores are currently unprofitable and that these would not form part of any sale process.
