Paragon continues growth with acquisition of Williams Lea CCM Ltd

Paragon Customer Communications (Paragon) has announced the acquisition of leading business support services provider, Williams Lea CCM Limited (WLCCM), the Customer Communications division of Williams Lea Tag Group, which will become part of the PCC UK, Ireland and Luxembourg business. WLCCM has 425 UK-based employees and an annual turnover of approximately £40 million.

The investment in WLCCM is in line with Paragon’s strategy to acquire complementary businesses to augment the company’s capabilities, talent, and market share. With locations in Normanton, Norwich, and Loughborough, the addition of WLCCM’s UK operations further enriches Paragon’s market-leading customer communications proposition.

WLCCM brings a talented team to the business, to complement and work with the existing leadership team at Paragon. WLCCM has an impressive track record of working with high-profile clients from the financial services, legal, and professional services sectors including NatWest, Virgin Money, Capital One, Aviva and the Student Loans Company. The acquisition brings exciting opportunities to work with these new clients as well as extending relationships with shared clients.

John Rogers, Executive Director of Corporate Development, Paragon Group, commented: “Paragon remains committed to its acquisition growth strategy in a market that clearly remains fragmented and provides outstanding opportunity for further expansion, in particular to cross sell our extensive digital solutions.”

Jeremy Walters, CEO of Paragon Customer Communications UK, Ireland and Luxembourg said: “The acquisition strengthens our position as one of the most trusted and reliable service providers in the customer communications market, and further consolidates our position as a technology-enabled international business services group.

“As we’ve got to know the team at WLCCM in recent weeks, we have been impressed with their approach to client management and service delivery, so I’m delighted to welcome 425 new colleagues to our business.”

John Evans, Managing Director of WLCCM said: “Paragon sets the standard for quality, performance, and innovation that others aspire to. I am delighted to be joining the Paragon family along with my 425 valued colleagues, and each of our cherished clients.”
