Nicola Thompson who has held the role of chief operating officer at Made.com since September 2019 has been confirmed as the permanent successor to Philippe Chainieux in the position of CEO.

Thompson previously held a series of director level roles at ASOS which she joined from Atterley Road in 2014, having previously served as merchandiser then eCommerce & wholesale manager at Whistles.
As recently reported, Made.com has posted a £27.8m loss following a series of supply chain issues suffered in 2021.
