Nick Wood has resigned the overall CEO role at Pets at Home for family reasons. He will hand over to Ian Kellett who is currently CEO of the business’ retail division. Also announced was the appointment of Graeme Jenkins as chief financial officer and the promotion of Peter Pritchard to CEO of the retail division.
