Pets at Home names chief information officer

With plans to pursue a digitally-led approach to its business, Pets at Home has named William Hewish as its first chief information officer. Hewish joins from United Utilities and has also held senior technology roles with Lloyds Pharmacy and Booker.

Pets at Home CEO Peter Pritchard commented: “I am delighted to have recruited someone of William’s calibre to take on our new role of chief information officer, an appointment which completes our group executive team. William’s knowledge will play a key role in supporting the strategic IT needs of our business as we move towards a more integrated, digitally-led approach.”
