Pets at Home has confirmed its replacement for Peter Pritchard who steps down from the CEO role this summer.

Lyssa McGowan was previously chief consumer officer at Sky UK, which she joined in 2010, and has also held a non-executive role at Morrisons. She assumes her new role on June 1st.
