Pindar has bought the £30 million turnover Cooper Clegg
business as a going concern. Commenting, Pindar’s chairman,
Andrew Pindar, said, “This latest acquisition will
reinforce our position as the UK’s leading catalogue printer, by
giving us access to production facilities that can create
different cut-offs and formats. Indeed, the style of the new
generation of customer catalogues means that there is now plenty
of synergy between magazine and catalogue printing, providing the
opportunity to generate memorable and effective marketing
communication materials for new and existing customers.”
