Pink Boutique back in Alice Hall’s hands

Pink Boutique back in Alice Hall’s hands

Pink Boutique, an online fashion business which was founded by Alice Hall with a £90 investment, grew to reach £15m turnover and was then taken over by her mother Julie Blackie, is back in Alice’s hands.

Alice had moved on three years ago to set up a furniture and homewares business, Rowen Homes, with her husband Andrew. Rowen Homes now has a store at the Metro Centre in addition to its extensive social presence and online sales.

Alice commented: “My mum decided to retire, so either the business (Pink Boutique) was going to be sold or I took it back on – and I’m really delighted to come back in.”

Andrew will become MD of Pink Boutique, with Alice returning as creative director,  and the couple expect to scale both businesses sharing knowledge across them and potentially sharing some overheads.

There is also potential for the two businesses to collaborate going forward.
