Piper Private Equity sold its share of travel apparel marketer
Rohan in June to Rohan’s chairman, Colin Fisher. Although the
price of the deal was not disclosed, Piper said it had achieved a
2x multiple on its investment. Piper led a £4 million
management buyout of Rohan in 2001; two years later it invested
another £1 million to develop a flagship store in London and
otherwise help grow the business.
