Windsor based online plant retailer has selected the web-based integration solution from NetDespatch to connect its order management system and parcel delivery network. With more than 3,000 varieties of British-grown plants in stock Plantify aims to deliver to online customers within 24 hours and the new solution enables it to deal with peaks of up to 6000 consignments a day. “Our main courier Yodel was keen for us to implement the NetDespatch solution, ” said Peter Laughton, Plantify CEO. “NetDespatch has cut our despatch time from more than one minute per package to 10 seconds.”
