Premier Farnell has reached an agreement to sell loss-making
BuckHickman InOne to The BSS Group for approximately
£27million. The transaction represents Premier Farnell’s
intention to focus on the faster growing electronic design
engineer market. BuckHickman is a distributor of tools and
suppliers, for the financial year ending 28th January 2007, it
reported sales of £99.8m and operating losses before
interest and tax of £0.8 million.
