ProCook calls in administrators

ProCook calls in administrators

Just two months after announcing a relaunch, kitchen equipment and cookware company ProCook has fallen into administration. Another victim of the tough trading environment, ProCook saw Richard Hill and Joff Pope of KPMG appointed as joint administrators on 2nd July.

Founded in 1993 as Professional Cookware Company, ProCook has 39 stores across the UK on the high street as well as in outlet villages. It also has a direct business, producing a catalogue
and operating online. The administrators will continue to trade the business as usual whilst seeking a buyer for the business as a going concern.
