Liz Earle and Kim Buckland, cofounders of Liz Earle Naturally
Active Skincare were awarded MBEs in recognition of their
services to the beauty industry. The pair in 1995 launched the
botanically based skincare brand, which features natural,
ethically sourced ingredients and is produced at their Isle of
Wight base. The company now achieves a multimillion-pound retail
turnover with active customers in 70 countries.
