Fashion retailer Reiss has launched a new website that offers localised content, language and currency tailored to each of the regions in which it operates. It has also taken the opportunity to extend cut-off times for next day delivery whilst reducing the cost of the service.
New fulfilment tech has linked inventory held in stores to improve stock availability for online customers and is offering immediate refunds for online orders returned to stores as well as free next day delivery for collection from stores.
The business is also working on an app to further improve customer experience.
