Retail Merchant Services which is the largest independent card processing provider has announced the appointment of Ian Paterson as Head of eCommerce to support the launch of its new ecommerce solution for SME merchants. The business has a network of 32,000 independent retailer clients and is now seeking to support the multichannel payment needs of these customers as well as new ones. Paterson has some 17 years business development experience having previously worked for Worldpay, Optimal Payments and creditcall.
