Revolution Beauty is set to receive c.£2.9m from its former CEO & co-founder Adam Minto as a full and final settlement of the claims between the two parties. Minto has agreed to pay the sum in six annual instalments, with the first of them due on March 28th, ’24.
Revolution Beauty has the right under the settlement terms to apply 8 per cent interest if any payment date is missed, whilst agreeing to drop its case against Minto.
