Riva Home, a manufacturer of home furnishings has acquired Voyage Maison, a similar business based in Glasgow which manufactures, supplies and retails a 4000 strong range of premium home furnishing products, primarily supplying trade customers including major retailers Voyage Maison also operates a DTC website and has been fulfilling orders from its Glasgow factory.
Riva Home managing director Justin Green commented: “We are very excited to have Voyage Maison as part of our business. We have long been seeking a premium brand that is widely recognised and offers such a unique product proposition; allowing us to appeal to a more affluent demographic to help us diversify and grow Riva Home into a new space.
“The acquisition allows us to expand our UK manufacturing operation with the different capabilities Voyage Maison has at its Glasgow factory, and helps us bolster the previous Staffiordshire-based manufacturing acquisition made back in 2020”.
